Beginning March 2019, the State of Iowa will begin sending each Medicaid member a letter assigning them to one of the three MCO’s.  It is important to know; members will not necessarily remain with their current MCO.  The State will provide an opportunity for members to change their new assignment. The communication from the State will provide instructions on this process.    

If you participate in a Medicaid program, this facility does not contract with Iowa Total Care (ITC).   If you wish to receive Medicaid services in our facility, you will need to elect AmeriGroup or United Healthcare as your MCO.
