VISITATION

Please be patient with us as we begin outdoor visitation. At this time, visits and screenings will take place on the East side of the nursing home in the shelter house. There will be a sign where the visitor will park and be screened. Visits will begin on Friday 7/17/20 at 9:00 am. At this time, they will be Monday -Friday 9:00am -3:30 pm, this is subject to change. There will be a limit of Two visitors per resident/Tenant with a 15-minute duration. You will need to sign up through signupgenius on the internet(search using the email) aloera@wellingtonplacedecorah.com, on our facebook page or by calling Amy Loera 563-382-9691. Any tenant/resident on Quarantine or Isolation will not be allowed visitors until off of precaution. Visitors will be required to be screened and to wear a face mask.
