Now that the weather is improving, we are able to take residents outside to get some fresh air and they are really enjoying it!  Wellington Place is striving to keep our residents safe.  We continue to take precautions with screening our residents as well as our staff at least two times a day.  Our dedicated staff keep up to date on COVID and we continue to educate them and residents on all the changes that are taking place.    We have a fun fact board that our Infection Preventionist updates daily on facts and changes on COVID for all to see.  I am very impressed with all areas of the facility: Nursing, Housekeeping, Laundry, Office, Activities and Dietary staff for their willingness to cross-train and put our resident’s safety first!  Hope you are all are taking care of yourselves!
