New Medicare cards were sent out to all individuals between April 2018 and April 2019. If you have not received your card in the mail call this number 800-633-4227.

If you have received your card and have not given us a copy please do so by December 31, 2019. The old Medicare numbers will no longer be accepted beginning January 1, 2020.
