In recent years, the effects of the physical environment on the healing process and well-being have proved to be increasingly relevant for patients and their families.The discussions focus on the institutionally designed healthcare facilities such as many hospital settings versus the more homelike personal/healing environment of being more at home such as the therapy unit at Wellington Place.
