Congrats to Emma Bauer, our new Dietary Supervisor!

My name is Emma Bauer. I am from Rushford Mn, but currently residing in Festina IA. I have an older brother and three younger sisters who in my free time, I like to spend time with. I also enjoy reading, and about everything outside. Throughout high school and college, I worked as a CNA and did in home health care. It was during this time I learned that I love working with the elderly community. I also love Agriculture so, I pursued degrees in Agricultural Business and Beef Science. After college I start working for the Decorah Sales Commission, where I still currently work. Then in 2018 I started at Wellington Place as a dietary aide. While working here, I have been able to expand my education in dietary. As the new Dietary Supervisor, I am excited to bring back more homemade cooking and resident's favorite meals. Please feel free to share any recipes with me that we can incorporate into our meal service. I am looking forward to my new venture in providing our residents and tenants with the best meal experience possible.
