Our Memory Support Assisted Living is coming soon!  There’s a piece of mind in being a part of a community like Wellington Place.  Our respected reputation of providing Kind. Compassionate. Care. And our continued efforts to evolve as the Decorah communities’ needs change has made us a popular choice.  While amenities such as nutritious meals, housekeeping, and clinical staff are offered in most assisted livings, there is a difference in the experience and care offered in our Wellington Place Memory Support.

I am proud to be able to offer individuals of our community the care they deserve while making it a priority to engage the whole person when developing their individualized compassionate care plans.  As the only memory support community in Winneshiek County, we understand that individuals living with cognitive decline often need additional care services as the disease progresses.  The progression of the disease can also cause a flood of emotions for the family.  We are here to support you through this process.  Our campus of integrated healthcare services also offers long-term care and skilled rehabilitation suites within the building if the need arises.
