Wellington Place memory support community will be the only one in Winneshiek County! We understand that individuals with cognitive decline often need additional care services as the disease progresses, for this reason our memory support is all-inclusive. This provides peace of mind to families that the fees will not increase as needs change.

The experienced staff at Wellington Place Memory Support will provide individualized compassionate care options, with the aim of encouraging independence over-dependence in a private, secure setting. The Life Enrichment Program will embrace overall wellness: physical engagement, sensory stimulation, spiritual support, social connection, intellectual discovery, and emotional expression.

Our secure community will offer twelve private apartments which are furnished by the residents’ family with the comforts of home. The community’s common areas encourage social interaction, while the grounds include well-tended, enclosed gardens, as well as a patio with comfortable benches and beautiful views.
