From Scott's Desk

The one ingredient that remains central to making everything work is people. The people that are part of the Wellington experience are really something special. Whether it is the residents, families, volunteers or Wellington employees, there is an attitude, approach and spirit that we don’t see very often. Empathy,cooperation, cheerfulness and optimism are words that come to mind as I think about the people who surround me as I walk thru the facility each morning. It  truly inspires me and makes me grateful to be part of the Wellington Team and the medical profesion. As we approach another National Nursing Home week I want to say Thank you to the staff, volunteers, families and our Board of Director’s for your commitment in making Wellington Place the facillity of choice.
