We are seeking a dedicated Assisted Living Director to join our Wellington Place team! This position is responsible for the overall personal care services provided by the community staff to the residents of the community.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform pre-admission assessment of the residents functional, cognitive and health status prior to signing an occupancy agreement.

• Develop a service plan for each tenant

• Ability to observe and recommend assessment if tenant demonstrates a significant change in health or functional status.

• Participate in hiring, training, supervising and retaining staff.
