About Us

Wellington Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Campus is community owned.  We specialize in a variety of services on one campus providing increased levels of care as needs change. As the areas preferred provider for skilled rehabilitation, long term care, and assisted living, we are playing an important role in helping older adults age in place.

Our Wellington Place Assisted Living provides tenants with the opportunity to access affordable apartment-style living with access to convenience and nursing assistance if needed. We pride ourselves in helping aging adults keep their independence longer as well as have improved quality of life through access to socialization, exercise programs and more.
